Golden Angels receive an exclusive membership card that expedites services and complimentary parking at the Jackson Health System.

Appointments Help from the Golden Angel Concierge
The Golden Angel Concierge will assist with and facilitate all referrals and appointments for primary care providers and specialists.  

Hospital Admission
If a hospitalization is needed, the Golden Angel Concierge helps streamline admission and provide special amenities. Information and assistance for family members is provided 24/7.  

Patient Reception Center
Experience a customer-focused, personalized welcome. Upon arrival at Jackson Memorial Hospital, you will be met by Golden Angel Concierge personnel at the Patient Reception Center, operated and staffed by Foundation Health Services.  

24-Hour Access to Urgent Care
An exclusive-access telephone number is provided to Golden Angel Society members on their VIP card. In the event of an illness or unexpected medical crises, first call 911. Then, you may simply call our Golden Angel Concierge and alert them that you are a Golden Angel, are on the way to Jackson Memorial Hospital and require access to urgent care. When you call, the Golden Angel Concierge will immediately facilitate a conference call with a Golden Angel physician.  

Health Care Access for Travelers
Golden Angels and their immediate families have access 24/7 to national and world wide medical care through a network of academic medical centers and affiliated medical specialists.
Should a Golden Angel Society member require repatriation assistance while traveling out-of-country, the Direct Access program will provide access to a network of air ambulance services back to the U.S. and pre-approved admission to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
